A fictional role-playing character on Darkest Hour MUX

Greetings and salutations. My name is Calista Von Mueren. There is not a lot of pizazz to this site, just some pictures of me, some tidbits of information and links that I find important for one reason or another. So this is advance warning that this site will not leave you speechless, except for maybe its mundanity. Although I do find the graphics rather beautiful...

So a little bit about me... I was born Calista Isabella von Mueren in Los Angeles to very wealthy parents and lived a lavish lifestyle, but not without its hassles and prerequisite disagreements with Mom and Dad. If it hadn't been for my mother and father and said disagreements, I wouldn't be where I am today.

And where am I today? Not practicing law as my parents had wanted. You see, after I graduated from high school I went to Paris. Yes, to become a model. And if you tally up my magazine covers, fashion layouts, runway shows and various others modeling gigs, I'd say I did fairly well. I was a famous supermodel, but it's not what I wanted to do. Not really.

And what did I want to do? What I'm doing right now: designing fashion. I had always loved sewing and mixing and matching fabrics and colors to make something new and different. Modeling had put me in a rather advantageous position...breaking into the fashion design industry was much easier for me than others because of my contacts.

So that's where I am now. My own line, my own fashions. I think I've done well for myself, in all respects. Von Mueren Designs rivel the likes of Armani and Versace, and my gowns have even graced the coveted red carpet of the Oscars. I've found a home and much, much more. But as the old cliche goes, 'The world is my oyster,' and I don't plan on stopping with just one pearl, though. I want it all so I can give back that much more.
